WHO KNEW THAT YOUR LAUNDRY COULD BE SO TOXIC?

Most commercial laundry detergents contain toxic chemicals and even formaldehyde.

Considering your skin is the largest porous organ in the human body, you and your family are absorbing those chemicals daily.  Their addictive fragrances fool you into thinking that is what fresh clothes smell like.

Then we pour more chemicals in with these synthetic conditioners, or scented dryer sheets. These products are diabolical concoctions of chemicals like, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, ethanol, limonene and chloroform etc. These fabric softeners are designed to stay in our clothes for long periods of time. The chemicals can seep out gradually and are inhaled or absorbed directly through the skin.

It’s no wonder eczema and allergies are so prevalent .

Why not consider using an all-natural liquid laundry detergent, there are also affordable, and convenient, natural, laundry sheets available; just throw them into your wash. Great for the environment, as they come in recycled boxes not those large plastic polluters.

If you like your clothes to have a nice scent, add 3-5 drops of your favourite ESSENTIAL oil (not the synthetic fragrance oil) to the final rinse.

CLEAN clothes should never smell like anything  but fresh air and sunshine!
